Lead Full-Stack JAVA Developer

Position Description:

The Ideal candidate will be a Full Stack Java Developer with a specialization in Testing and Implementation of solutions for several multi-tier applications. The applications are focused on Data Processing, Scientific Analysis, and distributed multi-node system command and control applications.

The primary development activity is prototype design and analytics. Full stack Java Development is required in order to access the system-content for display and manipulation. The applications need a combination of new feature development (60%) along with porting old functionality into the newer frameworks, or replicating older application features into new technology stacks.

Requirements:

• Experience developing web application with responsive web design using a Java backend using web services.
• 14 years Development experience
• HTML5, CSS 3.0, JavaScript for Web frameworks and web-based applications
• JavaScript Framework development: Must have of the following: Angular.JS, Node.JS, React.JS or Ext.JS.
• Experience with ELK: Elasticsearch/ Logstash / Kabana
• 2+ years of Java SE Development experience using Spring Framework.
• 2+ years of experience using JSON and XML 2
• Desired experience with DX and Rollercoaster
• Must have 2 years’ experience using the Agile Software Development Methodology, Scrum preferred.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
