Description

EnDepth Solutions, LLC.  is looking for a motivated, self-starter for a Jr/Mid Technical Recruiter. This individual will work directly with EnDepth Leadership and have responsibility for sourcing of qualified candidates for our programs, utilizing a variety of sources including internal employee postings, approved job boards, internal and external databases, directly sourced candidates, advertisements, and employee referrals.  The Technical Recruiter will also help manage all the related administrative duties related to the job search process.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sourcing strategy for each search, and source candidates for external job searches from networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, the client’s database, and employee referrals.
  • Monitor and screen all candidates who apply and follow-up with candidates and clients in a timely manner.
  • Update and status candidates in the ATS in a timely and accurate manner following EnDepth’s defined process.
  • Work with the EnDepth team to assist with the development of an effective presentation to sell the job and company to prospective candidates.
  • Proactively network and seek out qualified candidates for cultural, financial and experience fit.
  • Utilize business and client networks to market career/client opportunities.
  • Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time, and location.
  • Format candidate resumes into company and contract-specific resume templates.
  • Highlight Endepth’s career opportunities utilizing social media, career fairs and social events.

Desired Education and/or Experience:

  • Two years’ experience in the staffing industry.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates.
  • Experience in or knowledge with the DOD sector and Information Technology processes.
  • Experience with advertising and marketing

 Abilities and/or Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage many projects/tasks at the same time and perform under pressure and under tight deadlines.
  • Practical creativity and knowledge.
